Lead researchers of A Better Start National Science Challenge’s Successful Learning theme present latest findings and project details of their Better Start to Literacy Approach, which involves over 1500 tamariki (aged 3- 6 years) and their whānau.
The approach is being extended through the Māori Achievement Collaborative network of schools, a te reo Māori case study in a junior school context, and through a partnership with KidsFirst Kindergartens.
